NEW: GL Control System with full Ethernet functionality

The Platinous series lets you select from a variety of sizes, ranges, and options to meet your specific environmental testing requirements. ESPEC Platinous series includes features for quality and reliable operation:

The new advanced GL Control System

Operating an environmental test chamber has never been easier, thanks to the new GL Control System. The user interface is available from a 10-inch touchscreen or remotely via a web browser. Standard USB and Ethernet interfaces simplify programming and data acquisition, while API functions enable seamless integration with other hardware or software.

Energy-saving operation

Built into the Platinous are improved control algorithms for more efficient chamber operation. Invisible to the end user, the GL uses advanced control of an electronic expansion valve to save energy and improve control of the refrigeration system. Additional improvements in refrigeration and heater operation make the new generation of ESPEC Platinous chambers the most energy efficient ever. All systems use low GWP (global warming potential) refrigerant R-449A.

  • Unlimited Programs: Store virtually unlimited test profiles that can be downloaded via browser or USB. Easily share programs with other chambers for accurate and repeatable testing.

  • Comprehensive Data Logging: Log over 30 operational parameters. Downloads to a server or PC can be automated for efficient data management.

  • Multilingual Support: The display supports English, Spanish, or French, making it accessible to a wider range of operators.

  • Maintenance and Diagnostics: Use programmable timers to set reminders for maintenance or other actions. Advanced diagnostics, a complete history log, and a 'back trace' feature simplify troubleshooting.

Remote Access and Command

  • Web Controller functionality: Our Web Controller tool is built-in, used for remote monitoring, programming, and data logging. The flexible user interface is suited for all devices, from phones to large monitors.

  • API and Macros: Macros allow you to set alerts or updates to email or other devices, or change chamber operation. The RestFUL API allows direct access and interaction with other software and devices.

  • Command Protocol Access: Direct access to GL command protocols via the ethernet, enabling custom programming and integration with other test equipment. Options for RS-232 and RS-485 serial interfaces are also available.
