Rapid thermal transitions are one of the most common sources of failure in aerospace hardware. Our thermal shock chambers, including the TSE-12 and TSA series, subject components and assemblies to controlled temperature transitions that expose thermal fatigue in solder joints, connectors, and structural materials before they fail in the field.

When your program calls for avionics, missile, or spacecraft component qualification, these are the systems your team uses to prove the design holds.

Pressure matters as much as temperature for many aerospace applications. Our altitude chambers simulate reduced-pressure environments for avionics, guidance systems, and spacecraft assemblies, giving your team a repeatable way to verify performance at altitude before the hardware ever leaves the ground.

HALT and HASS: Finding Failures Before the Field Does

Avionics has been the largest segment for our HALT/HASS technology throughout our history in accelerated stress testing, and there's a clear reason. MIL-STD compliance testing confirms a design meets spec, but it doesn't tell you where your design margins are or what failure modes you've missed.

Highly Accelerated Life Testing applies combined stresses beyond spec limits to uncover those weaknesses early in development, when fixing them is still feasible. HASS then uses the limits HALT establishes to screen production units against supply chain drift, counterfeit components, and process variation.

AMI/AMR and HAST: Semiconductor and PCB Reliability for Defense Electronics

Defense electronics increasingly depend on high-density PCBs, advanced semiconductors, and miniaturized avionics assemblies where electrochemical migration and solder joint failures carry direct mission risk. Our AMI/AMR electronic reliability systems give you continuous, high-precision monitoring of electrochemical migration and conductor resistance under real test conditions, not spot checks after the fact.

Paired with our HAST chambers, which compress weeks of humidity qualification into hours by combining elevated temperature, humidity, and pressure, your team can qualify defense electronics assemblies faster without giving up data integrity.

CMMC Level 2 Certified: What That Means for Defense Industrial Base Customers

We achieved CMMC Level 2 certification with a perfect score of 110 out of 110, with no findings requiring a Plan of Action and Milestones. Under CMMC 2.0, which entered Phase 1 implementation on November 10, 2025, prime contractors have to verify that subcontractors hold current certification before sharing Controlled Unclassified Information.
