Visit Us at Booth #1927 | April 22–23, 2026 | Charlotte, NC

The battery industry is evolving rapidly. Advancing chemistries, heightened safety standards, and compressed development timelines are redefining what testing infrastructure must deliver.

Keeping pace requires more than equipment. It requires integrated, purpose-built solutions.

That’s why ESPEC North America is heading to Charlotte.

We’re proud to announce our participation in The Battery Show South 2026, taking place April 22–23 at the Charlotte Convention Center. If you’re developing the next generation of battery technology, we invite you to visit Booth #1927 and explore what’s possible when environmental simulation and charge/discharge testing are engineered to work together.

What We’re Bringing to Booth #1927

The ADBC + Andritz Bitrode Integrated Platform

At the center of our exhibit will be the Advanced Battery Test Chamber (ADBC), displayed in full integration with Andritz Bitrode’s charge/discharge system.

While the unit will not be operating live at the show, the integrated platform will be on display to give attendees a clear, in-person view of how a fully contained chamber-and-cycler solution is engineered. Seeing the system physically integrated offers valuable perspective on layout efficiency, safety design, and workflow optimization.

The ADBC combines ESPEC’s multi-area temperature control expertise with Bitrode’s precision cycling capabilities into a single, streamlined architecture designed specifically for battery testing environments.

Key platform capabilities include:

  • Wide temperature range: –40 °C to +100 °C with ±1.5 °C uniformity (standard)
  • Integrated safety systems: Specimen temperature monitoring, smoke and heat detection, CO₂ fire suppression, and engineered ventilation
  • Contained, efficient footprint: Climate control and charge/discharge capability engineered as one system, minimizing lab space requirements
  • Battery-focused design: Built specifically for cell, module, and pack-level testing with hazard mitigation in mind

As Luke Polega, President of ESPEC North America, shared at the launch of this collaboration:

“Our partnership with Andritz Bitrode brings advanced testing capabilities together in one robust platform, combining ESPEC’s multi-area temperature control innovation with Andritz Bitrode’s charge-discharge expertise.”

Our team will be available to walk through system architecture, customization options, and how this integrated approach can maximize testing efficiency within your lab constraints.

More Than a Display

The ADBC is one part of a broader battery testing portfolio.

At Booth #1927, you can also explore solutions including:

  • Thermal shock chambers for rapid temperature transition testing
  • Environmental cycling chambers for long-term durability validation
  • Humidity chambers for moisture exposure and performance verification
  • Application engineering and contract testing support through our Solutions Group

Whether you are building out new capacity, scaling production validation, or refining an existing test program, our engineers are ready to have substantive technical discussions — not just product overviews.

Why The Battery Show South

The Battery Show South brings together a focused, technically driven audience shaping the future of EV and energy storage development. Charlotte continues to emerge as a key hub within the battery and EV supply chain, making this an important regional gathering for the industry.

We are proud to support and participate in that momentum.

Let’s Connect Before the Show
