ESPEC COVID-19 Procedures

ESPEC is taking the initiative to ensure the safety of employees and maintain a safe workspace

ESPEC takes the health and safety of our employees seriously. ESPEC is committed to minimizing the risk of exposure to COVID-19 in all work activities, and we have instituted various housekeeping, social distancing and other rules to ensure a safe work environment. Our employees are required to follow these practices and make sure they are being efficient. A few rules ESPEC has put into place on our office and floor:

• Appropriate hygiene including washing hands, face masks, social distancing of 6 feet, PPE, routine cleaning of area
• Daily health screening including temperature check
• Fixtures or equipment that is arranged too close will be suspended or rearranged
• Walls or barriers are put in appropriate spaces such as the manufacturing floor, cubicles and bathrooms
• Staggered lunch breaks and break times
• Suspended services which include public coffee, drinking fountains, access to the supply closet, and vending
• Any delivery of materials are quarantined upon arrival for 3 days

All of these rules and regulations are put into place to ensure the safety of employees and provides efficient production of chambers.
